#ArtsAliveBSL is an innovative art festival, where music, art, and theater mix it up for an unforgettable experience in the historic seaside town of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Dozens of artists will show work and or demonstrate technique and share their creative process with customers at locations across The Depot Arts District.

After a two year hiatus due to Covid-19, we are coming back bigger and better. This year, #ArtsAliveBSL will be located in the Depot Arts District and Community Hall located on Blaize Avenue.

MakerSpace does not require a registration fee or membership fee.    Please consider supporting The Arts, Hancock County by becoming a member.  You may join at hancockarts.org/join-us.

We will again feature a MakerSpace area with artists and non-profit organizations from across the region offering demonstrations to the community.  Selected artists and non-profit organizations are invited to participate free of charge.

MakerSpace is a creative experience where learning takes place through hands-on activities and/or demonstrations.  Participants have the opportunity to be creative and apply learning strategies to develop their own ideas, methods, and products.  All we ask is that each demonstration engages the community in projects using simple hands-on learning experiences.
