Artist Guidelines
• No entry fee for participating artists
• Must be a member of the Arts
• No open flames, no risk for fire damage
• No sharp objects
• Installation of art needs to be completed by 3pm on Saturday May 6. You have 48 hours ahead of event to work on project.
• If you are a performing artist, you must have your equipment at your performance area by 3pm as well.
• No glitter (or anything small and plentiful that is impossible to clean up)
• Artwork appropriate for all ages
• Provide lighting for your site
• You must use the site as you found it. No removing branches, etc.
• Teardown to be completed by Sunday May 8 at 5pm.
• Must leave site clean- Leave No Trace.
• This event is an “art happening” and not an art sale
Artists that plan to preform - fire dancing, belly dancing, music, spoken word, etc - that prefer to have a specific time allotted instead of a site installation.

We're looking for folks to help us before, during and after Under the new Flower Moon.
Before - assist artists with setup
During - registration table/collect donations at the gate or be available to assist artists during event and/or assist with parking & shuttling guests from parking to gate entrance.
After - break down of installations and clean up property
