SHORT TERM GOALS
Facilities Continued renovation of our new arts center to enable more functionality. Programming Offer year-round programming for all ages utilizing our new arts center to the fullest. Outreach Expand and enhance our public art initiatives throughout Hancock County. Develop Transition a volunteer-run organization into a sustainable nonprofit operation with solid governance and stable finances. Employ a full time Operations Manager to handle day to day business. |
